Merge Files

 

Merging is helpful to put several email lists together.  Those who use email extractors or who have several lists find this function useful for making their master lists, or for adding new files to their master list.

 

Using Merge Lists :

  1. Click the ' Browse... ' button next to the input file list to open a standard open-file-window.
  2. Select the files you wish to merge.  Select multiple files by holding down the control key while clicking.  Click the OK button when finished.
  3. Click the ' Browse... ' button next to the output file path to open a standard open-file-window.
  4. Select a folder to save the output file in and specify a file name.  Click the OK button when finished.
  5. Click the Apply Settings button to complete the setup of this job.  Any missing items will be detailed in the text box at the bottom of the window.
