Interface Overview

1 ) This is the Job Queue.  As you add jobs to be done, they show up here along with their current status.  While on the Job Setup or Statistics screen, you can click any of the items in this list to view their current configuration, or if you have already run the jobs, it resulting statistics.  The Job Queue is a new approach to list managment which allows users to specify everything they want done up front, so that the computer can take over thereafter without the user having to monitor the program.

Example : The functions required for list managment can take a lot of time depending on the size of a list.  If you have to perform several things, it's a hassle to have to come back every 10 minutes to start the next thing to be done.  This is useful for those who have varied jobs they want done on seperate groups of lists.  Imagine the time saved by setting up 6 jobs and then doing other things while they execute instead of having to wait for each one to finish before you can start another.

2 ) These are the Job Queue Controls and progress indicators.  You can control the order and content of the Job Queue, or start the jobs, from this panel.

3 ) These are the various buttons for the Job Queue, auch as Add Job, Setup Job, Job Statistics, and Advanced Options.  The current screen shown is the Add Job screen.
